After two hourlong sessions focused first on body awareness and then on movement retraining at the Feldenkrais Institute of New York, I understood what it meant to experience an incredible lightness of being. Having, temporarily at least, released the muscle tension that aggravates my back and hip pain, I felt like I was walking on air.

Classes & Workshops

Awareness Through Movement® classes are an ideal way to refine movement habits and gain a greater skill level for activities and in any area of your life. Click the link above and check out what I am currently offering and what’s coming up. Also, get on my newsletter list and make sure you get updates in your inbox.

Individual Sessions

Individual sessions, known as Functional Integration® are hands-on sessions that are custom tailored to your specific needs. The sessions consist of gentle touch and verbal guidance and can have a much more potent effect than Awareness Through Movement alone. Many of my clients come for both classes and individual sessions for a period of time.

“…the Feldenkrais Method® can undo many of the aches and pains that plague us, and I currently recommend it to patients whose movement has been restricted by injury or chronic pain. I also believe the Feldenkrais Method® can help older people achieve greater range of motion and flexibility, and help all of us feel more comfortable in our bodies.”
